I had sleep apnea and snoring surgery. I was very impressed with the hospital it’s better than any private hospital I’ve been to in the UK. All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had. Seven years ago I walked into Dr Lau’s office since I had persistent throat pain. Dr Lau diagnosed advanced cancer and I underwent a robotic operation followed by radiation and chemotherapy. Although during this journey various other specialists did their part I chose Dr Lau as my focal point and main doctor. The reason was that from the moment I stepped into his office 7 years ago I experienced his very high level of expertise, enormous care and 100% integrity.
