So much for the care, and the great follow-up by Erdem's assistant who is extraordinary, and always there if needed. For the recommended hotel it's a shame that there isn't a small outdoor garden, otherwise, the staff is very attentive.

From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.

Had my mommy makeover with Dr. Suleyman and honestly, best decision ever. I was really nervous having surgery abroad but he and his team made everything so easy. After 2 kids I didn’t feel like myself anymore, but now I do again. Everything was arranged for me, no stress at all. Can’t recommend him enough. Felt really safe and cared for the whole time. The nurses was lovely too. Dr. Suleyman stayed in touch after surgery and answered all my questions, and the translator was always there when I needed anything. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. The Dermatology Clinic seems to be run in a very professional manner and is highly recommended.
