Having thoroughly accessed my case He reassured me that I was a good candidate and that he was confident of a good outcome. Mr Chan performed Upper Blepharoplasty on both my eyes in April this year. I am so glad I went ahead and I am delighted with the result. I look years younger and you would hardly know I had surgery at all. I have no hesitation in recommending this skilled surgeon and I consider the money I paid to be well spent.
