I am normally not at ease seeing a dentist. I was completely at ease.

I visited Dr Hartshorne twice during my stay in South Africa. Choosing a dentist while you're travelling is no fun but I can say I couldn't have wished for a better dentist. He is extremely professional and caring.

Had it not for him, my trip would have probably been ruined. I highly recommend Dr Hartshorne and thank him for his time, effort, patience and care.

What a wonderful experience. Dr. Hartshorne treated my situation with honesty, integrity and compassion. He took the time to write me a personal email relating to the specific matter the appointment was for, taking the time to explain to me, in layman's terms, what we were looking at, and where to from here.

TMJ assessment- found issues with Jaw alignment. First step is some exercises to try, to determine if this helps and if it is an answer to long term issues I have been experiencing with earache, ear 'fullness', extreme tinnitus, neck pain.

Also discovered a previous tooth restoration had been rotting from the inside, so scheduled an immediate follow up to open it clean it and restore it. Extremely happy with the service, and efficiency and full explanations of what was going on, and what to do. Thanks team!!!

4 years and Satisfied! Dr. Hartshorne is one in a Million.The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team was outstanding. Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience I’ve ever had. From the first day I visited this office I’ve felt as though I’ve been cared for and treated in the best possible way. I had 5 Implants. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

The result from my dental implants was great.. about 8 months later, one tooth seemed to be a bit lose, but he had warned me that it rarely ever happens, but if it does, feel free to come in, we'll take care of it, and he did. Also note that the office and operating rooms are incredibly clean. I also found it nice that they do everything from the consultation to the procedure at the same place. Modern Equipment in a nice facility with a doctor that knows his job was a game changer for me. The Money, was worth my Smile. Every visit was like visiting friends

So far I can only praise Dr Hartshorne for his work so far. This is a journey for me. I have been treated by him for about 8 months for 3 dental implants and the experience so far is great. I know this is expensive, however, I have trust in Dr Hartshorne ability and work.

A friend of mine told me about this dentist and then I went to Google and found them. My first appointment was to fix a broken front tooth, and I had a cleaning the second time around.

The clinic was okay, much like every other dental practice. They were good. Everything was done well. I’d like to go back for teeth whitening as well as braces. I had to travel to get to the clinic the first time, but I’m based in Cape Town now.

I saw Dr Johan on a tv programme for the first time. He looked like a nice guy, so I thought I’d approach him. The doctor made me a set of excellent dentures. No aftercare or follow-ups were needed.

The staff were highly professional, and the service, top class. I’d definitely visit them again. The doctor sent me a quote before the appointment. The dentures were worth the money.
