Initial Standard Holistic dental examination includes examination of the teeth, restorations, gums and the  jaw function and the bite. X-rays are taken when justified. €135 Patient who have received extensive dentistry, root canal treated teeth, in the past and have general health issues will need a more in depth dental assessment. In addition to the standard assessment, the dentist will spend  time to evaluate your health concerns in relation to the oral health. Full mouth x-rays will be taken  and impression for study models are included. €300 Treatment proposals are derived from the clinical assessment, X-rays and dental/medical history. (please allow 3 weeks for completion of treatment proposals).

Our CEREC Technology has transformed the way we do crowns. The CEREC machine allows us to create a crown for you in a very short period of time, meaning that for most people we can actually fit your new crown during your lunch break! So for those of you who don’t know, Cerec means that you can come to Dentistry On The Square and if you need a crown or a veneer, most cases we can have it made on the same day for you, perhaps even within an hour in certain cases. If you have a broken tooth or you have a veneer that’s failed and it’s an emergency, front tooth perhaps, we can get that fixed with our technicians downstairs in probably an hour. For complex cases, in your smile, maybe in the afternoon. So you can come in in the morning, have your veneers or crowns fitted that same day. How do we do this? With the Cerec machine it’s all done on the computer; we have a 3d scanner and take a photo of your teeth creating digital impressions so no need for traditional impressions at Dentistry On The Square. From those models the computer designs your new crown to fit around your existing teeth, so one of the benefits of Cerec is perfect fit. Perfect fit means your crown or veneer will last longer. It also means it will feel more comfortable because the computer has designed that restoration around your own teeth so it’s bespoke to you, it’s not a technician guessing how your teeth come together, the computer has done it all for you.

From as little as £1.72 per day, dental implants are a lot more affordable than you think. You may not believe me, but it’s now possible to place new dental implants in half a day. If you have some or all your teeth missing, with a bit of planning at the start, we can often place implants and place new teeth on to them, allowing you to chew, smile and feel happy about your appearance on that morning or afternoon! In addition to advanced scanning technology we also use a “Gentle Laser” to fit teeth implants, meaning your treatment is virtually painless with minimal swelling and infection.
