Dr Atsal is fantastic. Excellent facial surgeon. I had a neck lift and upper and lower blepharoplasty. He's very patient and explained everything before and after the surgery. The scars are hardly noticeable on the back of my neck and the eye scars are invisible. Recovery was fast. My surgery resulted in a subtle change were nobody knows it's been down but says I look relaxed, lost weight etc....

If you are reading this review, then you are in the position I was in some 12 months ago. I felt that I no longer looked like the person I felt like, and through research, I learned about what could be done to realign my appearance with how I felt.

It started with requests for information from numerous clinics in Turkey.
After speaking with several clinics, studying reviews and comparing services and prices I spoke with Sia, a member of Doctor Atsal's team. I immediately felt comfortable with our encounter and what was to become a relationship of respect and trust was established. There was never any 'hard sell'. Only care and guidance.

Meeting Dr Gorkem Atsal for the very first time via Teams reassured me that this was the person in whom I would place my trust. Meeting Dr Atsal in person confirmed my initial feelings.

It took me years of research and consultations with different surgeons before I finally found the right team for me. I had a deep plane face and neck lift, a full tummy tuck, and 360 liposuction. While the treatment was a bit more expensive than other clinics, the service and care I received were truly outstanding and well worth it.

From start to finish, the team made my welfare and comfort their top priority — and what stood out the most was how genuine and heartfelt their care was. The whole team feels like a family, and you become a part of it. I’m incredibly grateful for the entire experience.

After contacting many clinics in turkey I decided to go ahead with Dr Gorkem Atsal due to several reasons. Gulce, the coordinator was responsive, understanding and empathetic. This, together with Dr Atsals reviews, the before and after pictures, personal interaction with other clients that had the same surgery with positive outcomes and feedback, plus the reasonable price for me was the deciding factor.

Overall, the experience was smooth running I was as promised collected to and from the airport, to all hospital runs. I had 2 nights stay in the hospital as well as my hotel paid for so all was as agreed in the initial consultation and invoice. I was happy with how my surgery recovery went as expected. The aftercare & communication once I got back home after the op to months later is still consistent with the initial first contact I had with the team. Dr Gorkem was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I went with him. I had revision rhinoplasty with Dr Gorkem after having primary rhinoplasty 10 years ago in the UK. My first rhinoplasty was not what I asked for, and I had been unhappy with my nose for a long time. I told Dr Gorkem exactly what I wanted and what I didn’t want. He explained why my nose wasn’t right and what he was going to do to correct it. I was a little bit nervous that my new nose wouldn’t suit my face, but Dr Gorkem has given me the most natural nose which is in proportion to my facial features and which is exactly what I asked for. I am only 2 months post-op and still have some swelling, but I am already in love with my new nose.

I’d definitely recommend Dr Gorkem to anyone thinking about rhinoplasty. His whole team are super helpful and attentive and their English is also really good! Ich war vor zwei Monaten zum Facelift bei Dr Atsal und bin immer noch mit Freude und Herzlichkeit erfüllt, die ich vor, während und nach dem Eingriff erfahren durfte. So ein liebevolles Team und professionelle Betreuung zugleich! Ich fühlte mich, wie die wichtigste Person weit und breit. Das macht so viel aus, da es schon ein ziemlich umfangreicher Eingriff ist. Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld nahm mir jegliche Unsicherheit.

Mich hat überzeugt, dass Dr. Atsal sich ausschließlich auf die Gesichtschirurgie konzentriert und das Ergebnis spiegelt dies auch wieder. Ich bin so glücklich mit meinem Ergebnis. Es hätte nicht besser werden können! Ich habe starke Neurodermitis im Gesicht. Damit geht ein krankhaftes Hautwachstum einher, was in meinem Alter zu einer starken Faltenbildung geführt hat und wirklich nicht zu dem Rest meines Körpers passte.

Nun sehe ich so aus, wie ich mich fühle: sportlich, fit und frisch. Der gesamte Prozess von der Abholung am Flughafen, die Orga in der Klinik, die täglichen Untersuchungen, der Shuttle zwischen Klinik und Hotel waren 100% perfekt organisiert und immer pünktlich. Die Privatpatientenstation im Krankenhaus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Schwestern funktioniert teilweise auf Englisch oder mit Übersetzerapp wunderbar. Sonst ist zu jederzeit jemand vom Team Atsal in der WhatsApp-Gruppe erreichbar. Auch später wenn man im Hotel ist. Das Hotel an sich ist nicht weit von der Klinik und sehr angenehm.

Das Frühstück ist spitze. Ich würde jederzeit wieder genau dort den Eingriff machen lassen. Ich erhalte viele erstaunte Blicke und Lob von Freunden und Bekannten für dieses natürliche Ergebnis. Ich sehe bereits nach zwei Monaten nicht operiert aus, einfach nur straff und frisch. Ich kann die negativen Kommentare hier nicht nachvollziehen. Auch im Nachhinein wurden all meine Fragen ernstgenommen und sofort beantwortet. Ich erhalte heute noch Nachfragen, wie es mir geht. Sogar Vorher-/Nachhervideos habe ich schon bekommen:-) Wenn ihr euch mit der Frage beschäftigt, zögert nicht und traut euch nach Istanbul!

The communication before and after has been fantastic- regular check-ins before and afterward, Also answering all my questions before surgery in full detail.

The transfers ran smoothly and efficiently.

All the staff were supportive, friendly and very professional making me feel calm and relaxed at all times.

The hospital was very accommodating and a 5-star spotless.

From start to finish my experience and surgery were a 100% positive and they really do take care of everything.

I did complete deep plane face lift, Upper & lower blepharoplasty and double chin liposuction. I am 70 years old from Canada and felt like I needed a fresh look. Knowing that Turkey 🇹🇷 is famous for this work, I came across Dr Görkem Atsal.

I am so grateful that I chose him after doing all the research of his many credentials and the immediate response that I got from his clinic personnel and the professional responses. His main contact person Gulce was an amazing person. We did a face time initial meeting and she went through all the details of procedures and cost. She was very thorough on every detail from flights, airports, transport, hotel, hospital, medication, follow ups, like I said complete details.

Although this clinic was a bit more expensive than the others that I researched, but let me tell you, you get what you pay for, and I will say this, I thank god that I chose them. They are were so polite, understanding and were with me all the way from start to finish and the follow up was beyond amazing. I have never had a doctor say I am sorry for that I need to put pressure or anything that he had to do for the follow up, just amazing human being.

I can honestly say that I got a Kings Treatment from start to finish and would recommend Dr Görkem Atsal Clinic to anyone that wants to look 20 years younger. He has done over 2000 treatments and his work shows. I had breast argumentation, with lift, Thigh lift, Arm lift and 360 liposuction.
I was nervous about going abroad to have the surgeries but it was so much cheaper than in the UK. A few of my friends have been to Turkey for operations and all of them said they would go back again. I chose the Gorman clinic as they have some amazing reviews and I’m so glad I did.

I’m really pleased with all my procedures. I’ve healed nicely even though I had all the operations together in an 9-hour operation, I was ready to go back to work after a few weeks.
